Our Team

The Home staff are carefully selected for their reliability, integrity, skill, compassion and professionalism. They are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care.

A continuous staff training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices. RGNs are NMC registered and 80% of health care staff hold an NVQ level 2 or above in health and social care. All new staff are encouraged to train towards this qualification.

We prioritise individuality amongst our residents with staff that always go the extra mile to give attention to small detail. Meaningful activities are offered to residents as a means of continuous emphasis on quality of life, providing a sense of purpose for residents and enhancing our ethos of person-centred care. Examples include music, gentle exercise, quizzes and arts & crafts.

Welsh speaking staff are encouraged to communicate with residents in Welsh when appropriate as we endeavour to create a homely environment.
